“We have a big (80 lbs) lovable mutt. We love him dearly but we realize that he is not a happy camper when it comes to being boarded. He has serious separation anxiety as well as a fear of water and loud noises. He is a rescue and becomes stressed in any sort of kennel that resembles animal shelters-rows of chain link mesh pens with outdoor runs and being surrounded by strange dogs.The Mutt Hutt was perfect for Casey. The kennels have walls between each pen, so he wasn’t stressed by other dog guests. Brian and Renelda Baldus treated him (as well as other boarders) as if he was a member of their family.
I highly recommend Mutt Hutt, especially if you have a high anxiety dog.”

“We dropped off our two dogs, Grace and Oliver for two nights. We were apprehensive to send our fur-babies away for the first time. We came out a few days before they were to board to meet the owners and try to get comfortable with them. We noticed that the facility was very clean and the owners wanted to take care of the dogs as best they can, almost like they were to never leave home. They have large areas for the dogs to run around and even a small pool when it gets too hot after they play. They were well taken care of and we were even sent photos of our dogs having a great time, being spoiled on the couch and watching TV”.Randy Vest

“My parents have an English Mastiff / Great Dane mix and it is extremely hard to find boarding options to accommodate his size and need to be around people. He usually comes home a nut case when boarded at the vet.
Hank stayed at the Mutt Hutt for 10 days while they were on vacation. I live semi locally and was able to stop in and check on him.
Super nice facilities and Hank was doing well in their care. He was given plenty of outside time, interaction with the owners, and a doggy room big enough to be comfortable for his 170# self.
I picked him up today and can already tell he’s much calmer than usual when picked up from boarding.

“We took our six month old golden retriever to stay here for nine days. All I can say is WOW! The place is awesome. Each dog has a very spacious kennel, then has their own outside space. Plus there are some special perks here and there for the dogs (inside couch and outdoor little fun pool, etc)….but the care and love he received was outstanding!
I received pictures while I was away that sure helped us feel good to see him running and having fun. He came home just like he never left; and what I mean by that is he wasn’t all out of sorts as he can be when we go away for a few days. Overall just so so so happy with his stay! HIGHLY recommend

Our one year old Irish doodle has stayed on three different occasions and my nine year old lab/ retriever mix has stayed twice. Each time we received text messages with updates and pictures daily; you could tell our fur babies were just as happy there as they are at home with us (probably happier because they got a break from the kids�).
